Dreamz Way is 4 minutes from I-55, yet tucked away in private area. Enjoy a private, peaceful setting with shopping and restaurants just minutes away.
This Country Victorian style house offers a private guest suite (Dreamz Way) located on the bottom level of the home that is both relaxing and nicely furnished. This property is located at the end of a private drive and has no through traffic, enhancing the quality of your stay with a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.
Dreamz Way offers a private entry/exit with parking right outside the entry and 1100 sq. ft. of space to relax and unwind. Dreamz Way accommodates up to 4 guest with a queen size bed in a private bedroom and a queen size hide-a-bed with memory foam mattress in the living room.
Soak up mother nature on the private outdoor patio/sitting area. Enjoy a gentle breeze, the soft rustle of trees, a birds melody and possibly glimpse a family of deer.
Wi-Fi, charging station, microwave, mini-fridge, Kuerig, coffee and light snacks provided.
Guest have access to the lower level of the home only and is a private space for that guest only.
Guest have access to private patio/sitting area when visiting.
Guest that are 18 or older are welcome to have full use of the gym with instruction from host.
Guest are also welcome to have use of the fire pit when visiting.
We love to meet new people. We live on-site in the upper levels of the home and would be happy to help answer any questions you have in person when we are home. I will be available by phone via calls/texts messaging as well.
Dreamz Way is located in a small 5 house subdivision where all the homes are spaced far apart to give residents privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbor dogs roam free and play with one another. Dreamz Way sits at the end of this subdivision surrounded by trees on three sides and a massive front yard on the other. It is not unusual to see mother nature (deer, rabbits, foxes, etc).
There is no public transportation nearby and guest will need a car to travel to this location.
